Payment and cancellation terms
Booking:
Upon acceptance of a booking all guest names must be provided in order to comply with the passport logging requirements. Passports will be logged with the Spanish authorities via Villa Check In who will contact you prior to your stay with details on how to complete the process.
The villa is a self-catering accommodation, as such, it is the guests responsibility to ensure that the property is kept clean, no cleaning service is provided. If you require the villa to be cleaned during your stay please contact our cleaning representative to arrange this and pay them directly in cash.
On bookings of 10 days or more we provide linen and towel changes. We will confirm that you require this service when you book as some guests prefer not to be disturbed during their stay. If you request the service of having the linen changes you are agreeing that your contact details can be passed onto our cleaning team in order that they can arrange this directly with you.
Cancellations:
If for any reason we have to cancel your booking, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund of any money you have paid.
If you have to cancel your holiday we will make every effort to re-let the property, and offer a full refund less 5% to cover administration charges. However, should a new tenant not be found the following charges will apply:
If you cancel more than 8 weeks notice, this will result in loss of your deposit.
If you cancel within 8 weeks a charge of 100% of the total cost will be applied.
It is important that all cancellations are notified by phone at your earliest convenience and followed up in writing ( email is acceptable).
We strongly advise that you take out travel insurance at the time of booking to ensure you are covered for every eventuality.
General:
Only visitors named on the booking form are entitled to stay at the property. Passports will be logged by our representative at the airport, by completing the booking form you agree to the lead contact number being given to the Villa Check In representative, who will text you prior to your journey.
Guests using the swimming pool will do so at their own risk, please be aware that the area around the pool can become very slippery when wet. No pushing or diving is permitted. Non swimmers must be supervised at all times. Guests are requested to cover the pool each evening after use to maintain the pool temperature for the next day. Use of the swimming pool is not permitted after dusk.
The villa has a non smoking policy indoors, please do not throw cigarette butts into the garden or onto the surrounding streets.
During your stay at the villa the key and alarm fobs are your responsibility, loss of keys and fobs will be charged at £35 per item.
We cannot accept responsibility for any inconvenience caused by failure of local services such as water and electricity supply or equipment, or for the unavailability of any general amenities including the pool and Tv’s. Electrical appliances within the property are used at the discretion of the guests, we will not be responsible for injury or damage when using electrical equipment.
The charging of electrical vehicles is not permitted at the property.
